Adobe publishes the whole default map on one page — the editable shortcuts and, separately, the ones bound to the layer stack that cannot be remapped — so this table is that list rather than a selection from it. Much of it is mouse-driven: the camera, the stencil and brush size and flow are all modifier-plus-drag.
