The remaster ships the modern Total War scheme: the digit row opens the campaign lists, Ctrl plus a digit opens the faction summaries, and the function row picks out melee, missile, cavalry and artillery in battle. These are Feral's published defaults for the port, and the manual notes they are the Modern Total War set rather than the 2004 original's.
