Arena is a mouse game first: you walk by holding the left button with the arrow cursor pointed where you want to go, and you fight by holding the right button and slashing the mouse across the screen. The keyboard covers the icon bar and the maps. Everything below comes from Bethesda's own 1994 Player's Guide and the CD edition's Quick Reference Card, and the Steam release runs that same DOS game.
